Overview

This chapter provides detailed information regarding printers and printing. The student will gain an understanding of how the different printers operate, what to consider when purchasing a printer, and connecting printers to an individual PC or to the network. Print management, including the utilization of the queue and the configuration of printer options, is also covered. Additionally, the student will learn how to troubleshoot basic printer problems such as paper jams.
