Overview

Windows 9x refers to Windows 95, Windows 98, and Windows Millennium Edition (ME) collectively. In this chapter, the student will learn about the Windows file structure and how the file management system works. This chapter provides information on the registry and the system tools used to manage the information contained in the OS. Hard drive preparation, OS installation, and system troubleshooting are covered in detail.
