11.1.4 Developing a solution (Step 3)
Creating a solution is the third step in the troubleshooting process. The technician will assess the gathered data and its definition. The technician will use experience, logic, reasoning, and common sense to develop a solution.

Note: Troubleshooting is an acquired skill that will improve with time and experience. Often times, the initial diagnosis will prove unsuccessful, and the strategy will have to be revised.
