The Recycle Bin stores deleted
files, folders, graphics, and web pages from the hard disk. These
items can be undeleted or restored back to their original location.
Items remain there until they are permanently deleted from the
computer.
When the Recycle Bin fills up, Windows 2000 automatically cleans out
enough space to accommodate the most recently deleted files and
folders.
